Series 10 of Love Island has officially begun, with fans tuning into ITV2 in droves on Monday night to get a feel for this year's original contestants.
For the first time in the show's history, the boys and girls entered the Spanish villa together and had the chance to get to know each other for the afternoon.
As everyone got talking, fans were quick to notice how many of the female islanders were looking for a man who was specifically "tall dark and handsome".
The phrase irritated viewers who headed to Twitter to blast the term, with some calling for it to be banned from the reality dating series.
Esther tweeted: "We really need to abolish 'Tall, dark and handsome' #loveisland."

@OJVictor74 added: "Every contestant when asked their type - 'Tall, dark and handsome” #LoveIsland."
Summer raged: "I'm becoming more irritable. I turned #loveisland off after five minutes because I heard the term, 'Tall, dark and handsome' being used to describe white men again and I rolled my eyes so hard it hurt."
Strazy shared: "Petition to ban this whole 'Blonde, brunette or tall dark and handsome' thing. #LoveIsland."

Yas remarked: "When Ella [Thomas] said her type was 'Tall, dark skin', yes babe [because] I’m sick of hearing ‘dark’ being used for a damn hair colour #loveisland."
When host Maya Jama, 28, entered the villa, she revealed a new twist for this series which left the islanders dumbfounded.
They discovered the public had voted for who they wanted to see coupled up with each other. Usually, the contestants decide on their pairings.
Catherine Agbaje was paired with Andre Furtado, Ella Thomas with Tyrique Hyde, Ruchee Gurung with Mehdi Edno, Molly Marsh with Mitchel Taylor, and Jess Harding with George Fensom.
At the end of the episode, a bombshell called Zach Noble walked into the villa and the girls had the chance to leave their couple if they wanted to.
Ruchee and Jess stepped forward after admitting they thought they were with the wrong man.
Will Zach choose one of them in tonight's episode or will he select another girl?
Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm.
