ANOTHER actress yesterday accused disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault.
Dominique is suing the Weinstein company for £3.8million in damages
Dominique Huett, star of the hit US TV series Blue Bloods, also brought a £3.8million damages action against The Weinstein Company – founded by Weinstein along with his brother Bob.
In the lawsuit, Ms Huett alleges he forcibly performed a sex act on her.
The negligence complaint alleges The Weinstein Company’s “executives, officers and employers had knowledge of Weinstein’s repeated acts of sexual misconduct with women”.
Weinstein resigned from the board of directors of TWC after being accused by around 50 women of sexual harassment and assault.
He had previously been sacked from his role as chairman.
Through his spokesman, he has “unequivocally denied” allegations of non-consensual sex after three actresses accused him of rape.
Huett’s lawsuit alleges the pair had met in the bar of The Peninsula hotel in Beverly Hills in November 2010 to discuss her career before Weinstein asked her to show him her breasts.
Weinstein, currently undergoing extended therapy in Arizona, has apologised for the way he has “behaved with colleagues in the past” but claims many accusations are “patently false”.
