THE salaries of Donald Trump’s most important aides have been revealed.
The salaries of Donald Trump's top staffers have been announced
The White House yesterday released information for nearly 400 employees, including a list of Washington’s top earners.
The top pay check for White House staff is an eye-watering £136,400 ($179,700), but just one appointee earns more than this sum.
Mark S House, who is on loan to the White House from the Federal Aviation Administration, earns a whopping £141,900 ($187,000).
Senior aide Kellyanne Conway earns the top salary
There are 22 people earning the top salary, compared to previous White House occupant Barack Obama’s 16, who earned £136,400 ($176,461).
Those on the full amount under the Trump administration include chief strategist Steve Bannon and senior counsellor Kellyanne Conway.
Press secretary Sean Spicer and chief of staff Reince Priebus also bring in the maximum amount.
And Lindsay Reynolds, the chief of staff to Mr Trump’s wife Melania, also makes the list.
On lower salaries are figures such as Keith Schiller, Mr Trump’s long-time bodyguard.
Mr Schiller was listed as having a salary of around £125,200 ($165,000).

Since 1995, all administrations have been required to provide a list of employees and their salaries to congress.
But other figures close to Mr Trump are listed as having a salary of $0.
His daughter, Ivanka, and her husband and senior advisor to the President Jared Kushner, both did not collect a White House salary.
Both Ms Trump and Mr Kushner previously vowed to not receive any income from the Trump administration.
Former Downing Street aides Nick Timothy and Fiona Hill earned almost £140,000
In comparison, British MPs earn £74,000 and are entitled to expenses.
Prime Ministers earn this base salary as well as additional pay for the top job, meaning Theresa May earns a grand total of £143,462 for her Downing Street job.
But Mrs May’s key advisors before the June 8 general election, Nick Timothy and Fiona Hill, both received salaries of £140,000 – almost the same as a cabinet minister.
