'Immigrants are welcome here!' Anti-Trump protesters call for more migration to US
THOUSANDS of protesters have been seen chanting, “No Hate! No Fear! Immigrants are welcome here!” as a wave of angry anti-Donald Trump marches took place across the US.

An estimated 1,800 people turned up to rally after the election of Donald Trump as President in Chicago, Ilinois.
Angry rallies and protests took place all across America on Wednesday night where people were seen burning the American flag.
Thousands of people joined forces in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston and Washington D.C. to protest Mr Trump's victory.
Police in riot gear were deployed all over the country to combat these protesters and some struggled to disband the hordes of people.

Protesters were also screaming, "Not my president", after Mr Trump overcame Mrs Clinton despite it looking likely she could win the popular vote despite losing the essential electoral college vote.
Other chants included, "No Trump! No KKK! No racist USA".
Protesters held up signs with messages reading, "Love Trumps Hate," "Not My President," and "#dumptrump".
The protests across the country were mostly peaceful as people grouped together to express their frustration towards their new elected president.
However, police resorted to using tear gas on protestors in Oakland, California, and multiple arrests were made in New York City.

The video of the Chicago protest, which was posted on Twitter by @joelmeares, sparked an angry debate on social media after going viral.
@chandigregory replied saying: "Immigrants is not the same as illegal immigrants. Respect our country or stay away. Respect our laws or stay away."
@Aloevera10 said: "yea if they have permission to be here...otherwise they need to go back home and get permission and not cut in front of the line."
However many respected the peacefulness of the protest, with one saying: "Love these courageous people. I wish I were there with them."
