Chilling moment ISIS suicide bomber explodes killing 10 people in Istanbul tourist hotspot
THIS chilling photo shows the moment a cowardly Islamic State (ISIS) suicide bomber blew themself up killing at least 10 people in Istanbul.

Officials said up to nine of the dead were Germans on a guided tour, while another person killed in the attack is from Peru.
The deadly explosion happened at a tourist hotspot around 10am earlier today in the Turkish city.
Turkish media reports named the suspect as Nabil Fadli.
Fifteen people from Norway, Peru, South Korea and Turkey were also injured in the terror attack.
Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan said the killer was a suicide bomber linked to ISIS, also known as Daesh and ISIL.

The footage was captured by a holidaymaker who was close to the scene of the attacks, in Sultanahmet Square, near the Blue Mosque.
Forensics officers were able to identify the bomber - a Syrian in their late twenties - from body parts at the scene.

David Cameron has offered his help to the Turkish government in the wake of the attack.
The Prime Minister called Mr Erdogan this evening.
He offered the UK's condolences and said British officials will help find the organisers if they are needed.

Responding to the attack, German chancellor Angela Merkel said: "Today Istanbul was hit; Paris has been hit, Tunisia has been hit, Ankara has been hit before. International terrorism is once again showing its cruel and inhuman face today."
Germany's foreign ministry urged German tourists in Istanbul to avoid large crowds and tourist attractions and warned further violent clashes and "terrorist attacks" were expected across Turkey.
Norway's foreign ministry said a Norwegian man was receiving treatment in hospital.

Mr Erdogan said: "I condemn the terror incident in Istanbul assessed to be an attack by a suicide bomber with Syrian origin."
Investigations are being conducted into the type of explosive which caused the blast and those responsible.

The explosion comes as Turkey struggles to deal with outbreaks of violence from Islamic State (ISIS) and the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
Two suicide blasts in the capital Ankara in October 2015 killed more than 100 people and injured 245 others during a march organised by leftist groups.
The attack is the deadliest ever of its kind on Turkish soil.
