Col Warren said the airstrikes also killed Abu Mariam and Abu Waqman al-Tunis.
Mariam was a senior leader in ISIS extortion networks, while al-Tunis coordinated transfers of people, weapons and information for the savage terror regime - also known as Daesh.
The revelation comes hours after it was revealed Russia crushed more than 600 ISIS targets in just three days.
In an official video, Russian Tu-22 long-range bombers were seen slamming massive bombs into buildings occupied by the brutal regime.

Kremlin defence minister Sergei Shoigu said: "We carried out more than 300 combat missions in Syria in the past three days, hitting over 600 various targets."
