JOE BIDEN was savaged over the lack of implementation of preventative gun laws in the US after an 18-year0old committed mass murder at Robb Elementary school in Uvalde Texas.
Texas: GB News react to Biden’s comments
Security expert Will Geddes savaged Joe Biden as he warned nothing is likely to be done to prevent further school shootings despite the catastrophic losses the city of Uvalde, Texas suffered on Tuesday. US politicians have been debating the right to bear arms for the past 20 years as cases of mass school shootings continue to rise. Mr Geddes discussed the access to guns and gun markets in America, claiming that both the Democrat and the Republican parties can do more to make gun markets illegal.
GB News host Rosie Wright said: "When you hear Joe Biden say, why did we let this happen again, is that question, not one that should be levelled at him? And what do they do to stop it from happening again?"
Mr Geddes told GB News: "Well he's been in office for over two years now and prior to that he was Vice President with Barak Obama.
"I don't think politically anything is going to get done, whether that be on a Democratic or the Republican side.
"One thing that both of those parties could certainly push forward and lobby to actually make illegal, and that is gun markets.

Mr Geddes added: "Now if we look at the perpetrator of this recent attack he was below the age of 21.
"And at 21 in Texas, you are not permitted legally to purchase a handgun.
"He could purchase a hunting rifle but not a handgun, and if you remember... Well if you note that in Texas, you cant even drink an alcoholic drink under the age of 21.
"However the big area that both parties are not addressing here, and you know I've been around weapons most of my life, and most of my adult life, and I'm not necessarily opposed to ownership, but it's these gun markets which can be held virtually anywhere.
"Where you can transact the purchase of a weapon with no background check whatsoever, and literally the exchange of cash."

Texas shooting: Joe Biden addresses elementary school shooting
School shootings in America have become increasingly more prominent in the US after the Columbine school shooting in 1999.
Mr Biden said: "I am sick and tired of it. We have to act. And don’t tell me we can’t have an impact on this carnage.
"I spent my career as a senator and as Vice President working to pass commonsense gun laws. We can’t and won’t prevent every tragedy. But we know they work and have a positive impact. When we passed the assault weapons ban, mass shootings went down. When the law expired, mass shootings tripled."
Mr Biden added: "And the gun manufacturers have spent two decades aggressively marketing assault weapons which make them the most and largest profit.
"For God’s sake, we have to have the courage to stand up to the industry.
"Here’s what else I know: Most Americans support commonsense laws — commonsense gun laws.
"I just got off my trip from Asia, meeting with Asian leaders, and I learned of this while I was on the aircraft. And what struck me on that 17-hour flight — what struck me was these kinds of mass shootings rarely happen anywhere else in the world.
"Why? They have mental health problems. They have domestic disputes in other countries. They have people who are lost. But these kinds of mass shootings never happen with the kind of frequency that they happen in America. Why?"
