Trump rally attack: MAGA crowd roar 'SEND HER BACK' as POTUS savages hard-left Ilhan Omar
DONALD TRUMP’s supporters have demanded for US Congresswoman Ilhan Omar to be "sent back" during the President's rally on Wednesday night.
The President and Ms Omar have clashed recently following a series of his tweets calling for certain politicians to “leave” the country. Following those tweets, Congress passed a resolution condemning his remarks in what some called a legitimisation of hatred of New Americans. In light of the controversy, the crowd at Trump’s rally in North Carolina chanted "send her back" as Trump continued his incredible attack on the congresswoman.
Ahead of the chants from the crowd, Trump continued his tirade against the Congresswoman whom he labelled as having “compassion for ISIS recruits”.
Trump also stated: “She looks down with contempt on the hard-working Americans saying that ignorance is pervasive in many parts of this country.”
The President appeared to reference a letter Ms Omar wrote to a federal court judge in 2016, urging leniency in the sentencing of nine Somali-American men from Minnesota.
In the letter, Ms Omar said: “I bring to your attention the ramifications of sentencing young men who made a consequential mistake to decades in federal prison.”

Despite Trump’s accusation, Ms Omar has continually insisted that she has regarded ISIS as a murderous terrorist group.
In response to his initial tweets, Ms Omar along with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ayanna Pressley and Rashida Tlaib condemned the President.
All four have been staunch critics of Trump and have been labelled, “the squad”.
At a press conference in Washington on Monday, the women claimed Mr Trump was trying to distract attention from "failed policies" on immigration, healthcare and taxation.
