Easter 2018: Boozy Brits take a tumble - brawls spill onto streets in bank holiday carnage
BOOZY Britons walloped one another in the street, staggered out of clubs and scooped takeaways up off the pavement in a four-day bank holiday alcohol frenzy that last night reached its peak.
Fights spilled out onto streets
Drinkers nursed sore heads in Blackpool and Birmingham after braving sub-zero chills in thigh-high mini skirts, plunging necklines and peep-toe stilettos.
Some shoved carrier bags and blow-up toys over their heads to save their outfits from the heavy rain.
While jaunty revellers began the night on a high, the mood soured after the clock struck midnight.

Dancers and drinkers stumbled out of clubs and took swings at one another in the street.
Police were seen separating clubbers embroiled in grapples as crowds swarmed out of fast food joints to get an eye-full.
Others teetered off hand-in-hand to dark alleys or the nearest doorway for snogs under the neon lights of clubs, pubs and amusement arcades.
