Police are appealing for information after releasing dramatic footage of the flaming bottle smashing onto the driveway, close to Bernie Ecclestone’s daughter’s £60,000 black Range Rover.
Mrs Ecclestone, who is married to art dealer James Stunt, was not at home at the time of the attack – which took place earlier this year.
Detectives from Kensington and Chelsea wish to identify two hooded men in connection with the attack.
The arson occurred on Sunday, April 24, and the London Fire Brigade were called and asked to extinguish the blaze.

CCTV identified two black men wearing dark clothing who ran past the property at the time of the incident.
Detective Constable Clare Reynolds, of Kensington and Chelsea CID said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who may recognise those shown in the images released, or anyone who witnessed the incident.
"These men showed a complete disregard for anyone's safety by blindly throwing flammable liquid over a gate – if anyone had been on the other side they could have been seriously injured."
Last month Mrs Ecclestone’s brother-in-law Lee was found dead at his parent’s home in Virginia Water, Surrey.
