Urgent search underway for missing boy, 12, and girl, 13
Both should have returned to school today after the Easter break but had vanished.
An urgent police appeal was issued after two young children vanished from their homes. North Yorkshire Police asked the public to help them locate a 12-year-old boy and his female friend, 13, who were believed to be together.
However, the two missing teenagers have now been found after police launched the search.
The teenage boy was last seen wearing black shiny joggers, black trainers, black puffer jacket and a grey Montrex jacket. The girl was last seen wearing a black Zavetti parka jacket, black leggings and a white top.
Both were last spoken to on Sunday evening but hadn't been seen since.
