Certain Aldi shoppers will have the opportunity to receive free vouchers worth hundreds of pounds from the budget supermarket over the next few months. This is part of a scheme that the store is reintroducing following its huge success when it was first launched in 2025.

In an effort to continue supporting families across the UK, Aldi has announced the return of its Mamia New Parent Fund for 2026. This follows last year's popular programme, which saw thousands of parents apply and win vouchers. Now in its second year, the Mamia New Parent Fund aims to assist new parents with the cost of everyday essentials after the arrival of a new baby. Aldi's latest statistics reveal that nearly a fifth (17%) of new parents cite recurring nappy purchases as one of the highest unexpected costs. To aid new mothers and fathers, the supermarket is giving away £100 Aldi vouchers every week throughout 2026. The amount will total £5,200 for participants to spend on everything from nappies and wipes to baby food and toiletries.

This announcement comes as Aldi releases new data demonstrating the significant savings available to parents who opt for Mamia nappies. According to Aldi, parents using Mamia nappies could save up to £380 in the first year compared to leading branded equivalents.

Aldi currently holds the position as the UK's most affordable supermarket, having retained the Cheapest Supermarket of the Year award for five years running as of early 2026.

A spokesperson for Aldi commented: "The return of the fund reinforces the UK's fourth largest supermarket's ongoing commitment to helping families make their money go further through the Mamia range, which offers award-winning quality at unbeatable prices."

Julie Ashfield, Chief Commercial Officer at Aldi UK, stated: "We know that welcoming a baby brings immense joy, but it can also bring unexpected financial challenges at a time when every penny counts.

“The response to last year's Fund showed us just how much parents value this support, with thousands applying. That's why we're bringing the Mamia New Parent Fund back for 2026 to continue giving families a helping hand with those everyday essentials."

Aldi's Mamia product line features nappies, wipes, baby food and toiletries, all thoroughly tested to match the same stringent standards as branded alternatives but at considerably lower prices.

Aldi received the Supermarket of the Year accolade from MotherandBaby, demonstrating that families can rely on Aldi to provide exceptional value throughout their shopping experience.

New parents wishing to apply for Aldi's Mamia New Parent Fund should send an email to mamiaparentfund@aldi. co.uk with a receipt showing their most recent Mamia purchase. Each week throughout 2026, one family will be selected to receive a £100 voucher to use in any UK Aldi store. For the full terms and conditions, visit Aldi's website.
