ACTOR Harrison Ford has made his first public appearance since his horrific plane crash back in March.

Harrison, 72, broke his pelvis and ankle when his aircraft crashed into the Penmar Gold Course on March 5.
However, the Hollywood star has now assured fans that he's doing well by making his first public appearance at Comic-Con at the San Diego Convention Center yesterday.
Harrison was all smiles as he greeted the excited crowd alongside the Star Wars: The Force Awakens panel.
Not only did he assure everybody that he was doing well following the crash, but he even admitted that he had WALKED to the event.

When asked how he was, Harrison insisted: “I’m fine. I walked here. Thanks for asking.”
The actor spent weeks in recovery after a mechanical failure occurred in his vintage two-seater fighter plane.
However, not one to give up, Harrison was pictured for the first time dual piloting a helicopter at Santa Monica airport in Los Angeles just a couple of months after the incident.

Following the accident, Harrison's son Ben took to Twitter to reassure fans at the time, posting: "At the hospital. Dad is ok. Battered, but ok.
"He is every bit the man you would think he is. He is an incredibly strong man."
He later thanked supporters for their well-wishes.
