REALITY star Kellie Maloney has completed her final gender reassignment operation after two years of hormone treatments, it has emerged.

The 61-year-old boxing promoter, formerly known as Frank, underwent her final sex change operation on Tuesday, according to The Sun.
Kellie is expected to be bed bound for ten days while she recovers in hospital, with a further 12 week recovery period during which she will be unable to partake in any strenuous exercise.
Since the beginning of the year, twice married father-of-three Kellie has been on a strict diet and even went on a fitness retreat to Portugal, where she has been in training to ensure she was fighting fit for the final op.

The boxing legend recently told her Twitter fans that she had passed the final tests and consultations and was looking forward to completing her two year long process last week, writing on Twitter: "Just resting and chilling as I count down the days to final op."
Ahead of her final operation, Kellie tweeted: "What a day had to redo my blood test's before final op not many day's to go now.Will be of twitter and no selfies for a while love you all."
Speaking of her transition, the Celebrity Big Brother star previously told The Mirror: "But for the first time in my life, I’m going to be complete in my body and my mind. I can really start getting on with my life."
Kellie has been married twice and has two children
Over the past two years, Kellie has received hormone therapy, hair removal electrolysis, voice coaching and specialist counselling, as well as undergoing a number of surgical procedures.
In November, the star underwent cosmetic surgery which left her fighting for her life after it when horribly wrong.
She spent four days in intensive care unconscious and fighting for her life after a shocking reaction to surgery at a clinic in Belgium, which saw her head swell up.
Kellie will release a tell-all book documenting her transition this August.
