BBC star Alex Jones makes huge announcement away from The One Show
BBC presenter Alex Jones has announced some exciting news on Instagram and decided to make a big decision after 11 years.
Alex Jones has announced to her followers that she is moving house. The BBC presenter delivered the "emotional" news on Instagram and said that she made the decision after 11 years.
Speaking to her fans, she penned: "This was emotional. After 11 years, we are MOVING HOUSE. Would love any packing tips you have??"
In the footage, Alex is walking down her stairs in her house and said: "So here is a bit of news. We are actually moving house. In three weeks time. I am finding it a little bit emotional."
Many of her followers flocked to the comments section to react to the news. One fan typed: "@staceysolomon sounds like Alex Jones needs celebrity SYLO [SORT YOUR LIFE OUT]".
A second person typed: "Ahhh, hope it goes well for you, I always find it stressful but it’s great to have a big sort out. Keep trying to do my loft, have to wait until Autumn now as too hot up there!"

Alex Jones reveals she's moving house
A third also wrote: "Get removals to pack & unpack for you took all the worries away they are professional and so good at what they do but it looks like you have done majority so well done and good luck I’m sure you’ll make lots of new friends and memories in your new home."
A fourth also said: "You need to ask @staceysolomon for some ideas about storing and keeping your children’s art work!"
The BBC star shares three children with her husband Charlie Thomson. She has previously shared that balancing her work life whilst being a mother has been "difficult" and that she "runs herself ragged."
She said to Fabric Magazine: "I feel super guilty for leaving them [her children]. But I know that I do a job I love and a job that keeps the family afloat. So, I don’t know… I do sort of softplay in the morning and live telly in the afternoon, that’s kind of how my life goes.

"Literally I’m with them right up until the last minute before I need to hop in the car to come to work. And then I rush home to try and do their last story before they go to sleep. I haven’t got the solution – I just basically try and do it all."
Until she announced her pregnancy, Alex says, some people assumed that she didn't want children and preferred to focus on work. She told The Daily Mail: "It was nothing to do with that. I just felt getting pregnant when I did was the right time for me."
