Claire Sweeney took one-month-old Jaxon to an exclusive event yesterday evening
The actress attended the Disney Store Christmas Party on Oxford Street in London yesterday with Jaxon in tow.
Wearing a smart blue jacket and trendy black boots Claire pushed her bundle of joy through the store in a snazzy blue pram. Sleeping through his first showbiz event, Jaxon looked peaceful as his mother perused the aisles for the latest gifts.
Claire's blonde hair was coffered into a fashionable style and she smiled for the cameras. She turned out to show her support for the Disney Store who's backing both Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and In Kind Direct, for its annual Share the Magic charity campaign, which officially launched last night.
The Share the Magic initiative invites families to post their own Letter to Santa at Disney Stores across the country and online at disneystore.co.uk. For every letter posted, a soft toy is donated to a child through Disney Store’s chosen national charities, up to a total of 25,000 across the UK and rest of Europe.

Enjoying the evening, Claire's post-pregnancy figure looked incredible - especially to say she only gave birth a matter of weeks ago.
It is thought Claire's former fiance Daniel Riley was present at the birth, and, despite the couple splitting at the end of last year, the pair are back together.
The couple welcomed their son into the world at Catharine Medical, a leading boutique private health centre based in Liverpool Women's hospital.
Speaking about Daniel, Claire recently told Lorraine Kelly: "He's fantastic. He's going to be there for the birth. He's brilliant, he's going to be a great dad."

At one point, the former Brookside star believed she would never have children after suffering two miscarriages.
"As every woman knows, miscarriages are terribly upsetting. Mine were reasonably early and I can only imagine how hard it is for women who have them late on," she explained.
"While I was very fatalistic about my first one and just told myself the pregnancy wasn’t meant to be, the second one was so much harder. You can’t help thinking, 'Am I ever going to have a baby?'"
