Not worried about those cameras: Cookbook star Martha Stewart, 73, goes make-up free
SHE'S ONE of the most famous businesswomen in the world, but Martha Stewart's high profile hasn't stopped her stepping out completely make-up free.
The 73-year-old was making her way to an interview on the Today show in New York City when she was spotted with wet hair, carrying her dry cleaning.
Usually preened to perfection, Martha let her fans into her day-to-day look and she proved you don't need make-up to look fabulous.
Wearing a loose-fitting denim jacket, the star carried a pair of beige trousers and a blue suit jacket in her hand - fresh from the dry cleaners.
The celebrity lifestyle expert is launching her new book - titled One Pot - and was spotted at Macy's Herald Square in the evening yesterday at a photocall.
Taking to Twitter, the star gushed about her new book telling fans they will "love it".
She said: "One Pot. Our new cookbook is hovering around number 5 on Amazon. Just went on sale. You will love it!"
Martha - who was once convicted of charges related to the ImClone insider trading affair - describes herself as a "curious, inquisitive, experimental entrepreneur who cares about the world we live in" on her Twitter account.
But yesterday it was the press who were "curious" and "inquisitive" about the blonde star, who they photographed eating an apple as she arrived at TV studios in New York City.
Taking it all in her stride, Martha smiled and waved - holding her apple in one hand and dry cleaning in another.
Proving you don't need make-up for confidence, the cookbook author oozed style and posed for pictures before disappearing inside the studios with her PA close to hand.
