Princess Kate, Princess Anne and Prince Edward may all be beloved members of the Royal Family who have worked extremely hard to establish and increase their net worth through various endeavours, however, there is not member of the Firm, who is not a working royal and who has accumulated more than the three of them combined. According to a Yahoo Finance report published last year, the Princess of Wales has "amassed some impressive assets as a princess" and is currently thought to be worth £7.9million.

Meanwhile, the Princess Royal, who has been crowned the hardest working member of the Royal Family, shares the same net worth as Princess Kate, with estimates showing her to be worth £7.9million. Her brother, Prince Edward, also sits comfortably at £7.9 himself.

But there is another member of the Royal Family who rarely makes public appearances that tops all three of them combined.

Prince Michael of Kent, the late Queen Elizabeth's first cousin, is said to be worth a whopping £32million, according to reports.

The royal, born Michael George Charles Franklin on July 4, 1942, is the younger son of Prince George, Duke of Kent, and Princess Marina of Greece and Denmark. He now sits 53rd in line to the throne, even though he was seventh at the time of his birth.

According to the Royal Family's website, Pince Michael is involved in around 100 charities and organisations, including being patron for a large number of these.

Each year, he undertakes, on average, over 200 public working engagements for the not-for-profit sector, funded by his own household.

The charities vary from reflecting his interest in transport, to his passion for Russia, including his own charity, The Prince Michael of Kent Foundation, which works to benefit heritage, culture, health and post-graduate business education in Russia.

He is married to Princess Michael of Kent and they both share two children, Lord Frederick Windsor and Lady Gabriella Kingston.
