In an interview with the Mail on Sunday, Meghan's father described his daughter's alleged request: "Meghan once told me she wanted me to stop talking to Tom Jr and Samantha, my children from my first marriage. But what parent could ever agree to that?"

Speaking on the Pod Save The Queen podcast, royal features writer Jennifer said: "It kind of does make sense because at the minute they (Meghan Markle and Prince Harry) don't have anywhere to promote their work.

"This obviously comes into people's feeds. Is it going to be a place where she puts on: 'I've been to this charity or I've visited this place.' Or is it going to be what she did before where it was snippets of her life. Is she going to show her at home with Harry and the kids?"
