Princess Kate sends sweet secret message to Prince Louis as eagled-eyed fans swoon
Royal fans have gone into meltdown after finally realising why Princess Kate randomly played up to the cameras.
Princess Kate has sent royal fans into a frenzy after they remembered the moment she sent a cryptic message to her youngest son Louis - live on TV. Prince William’s wife was at a major sporting event when the camera panned to her - and she decided to make the most of the moment.
Kate is a huge tennis fan, and she was spotted by the TV cameras at a live match at Wimbledon. As she began to sit down to watch the Ladies Singles Final on Centre Court she dramatically stared into the camera, before making a gesture that would have resonated very well with Louis.
With a huge grin, she began to wave, before finally taking her seat and letting the match start. Royal fans were giddy with excitement as they all thought she was waving at them - but it turns out she wasn’t at all, and it was all a sweet secret message to her son.

Experts have spent lots of time deciphering the moment, and pin down the gesture to one key detail - Kate’s earrings. The Princess was wearing huge hexagonal pearl cluster earrings, which cost a staggering £4,360 - about a quarter of the salary of a person on minimum wage.
The extortionately-priced earrings hadn’t made an appearance for five years, according to GB News, which was the date of Louis’s baptising in July 2018 at the historic St James’s Palace. The cute television greeting to Louis, who is fourth in line for the throne, came as Kate was getting ready to watch Czech player Marketa Vondrousova beat Tunisan Ons Jabeur for the title.

The Princess was wearing a stunning pale green ensemble from Self-Portrait, and had arrived well in advance of the match to chat to Wimbledon staff and ball boys and girls. She talked to a representative of the Riding for the Disabled charity, who had the honour of tossing the coin for the final.
In an amusing moment, she also praised a Wimbledon maintenance man for ‘saving the day’ after she learnt he had fixed a leak in the club shop, saving thousands of pounds worth of merchandise.
