Prince Harry 'on top of the world' as he ditches his telltale 'distress signals'
Prince Harry was 'on top of the world' and felt 'free' during his latest engagement, according to a body language expert.
Prince Harry was "his most relaxed self" when he attended the US Grand Prix as he was "on top of the world" and wanted to show "who he really is", a body language expert has claimed.
They said that the Duke of Sussex looked "elated" and "completely natural" and showed no signs of nerves or stress.
Body language expert Darren Stanton analysed Harry's latest engagement and concluded that whilst the royal often shows signs that he is feeling "pressure" by putting his hands in his pockets, this time he conveyed that he felt "free" as he was seen "mucking in" and "letting himself go".
Speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino, Stanton said: "When we see Prince Harry at the Grand Prix, this is a picture of Harry being his most relaxed self.
"His arms are wide open, and he’s letting everyone in.

"He is on his own, but he's elated and being independent doesn't bother him.
"He's telling everyone he feels content, happy, and just himself. Harry isn't feeling any stress or pressure, he's completely natural. It's showing he likes to muck in and let himself go."
The expert added that the royal seemed to be the happiest he's been in a long time as he was not trying to fake his emotions.
"When Harry feels stressed, he will try to hide how he is actually feeling by putting his hands in his pockets or fiddling with his ring finger.

"It's a distress signal, and he has used this frequently on engagements, but, here, Harry is a man feeling on top of the world, but also very calm in this environment," Stanton explained.
He went on to add that the Duke seemed to be feeling like his true self where "he can let go and he doesn't want to hide any of that."
He explained Harry seemed like he wanted to be "open and honest" and let people into his life.
"He's prepared to get involved and show people who he really is deep down", Stanton said.
