Meghan Markle gives glimpse into new US mansion in latest appearance with Prince Harry
MEGHAN MARKLE has been suggested to have purposefully rearranged her book shelf to feature in the background of her virtual appearance, with the most recent coming in TIME100 virtual chat.
Meghan Markle has 'clashed' with royal tradition says Lacey
During Prince Harry and Meghan’s appearance on TIME100’s video chat series, the Sussexes bookshelf were displayed in the background. The couple’s collection includes Women: National Geographic Image Collection, along with The Black Godfather and Wood And Iron: Industrial Interiors.
MailOnline noted Meghan has changed her book collection three times for three virtual appearances, emphasising the collection.
The Sussexes’ collection was first spotted on late September, when the Duchess appeared via video to throw her support behind an America’s Got Talent performer.
When Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex were talking with activist Malala Yousafzai last week, the collection was moved to corner table seemingly to keep them in view.
Lastly, the collection was in full view behind the royals as they appeared in TIME100’s chat on “engineering a better world”.

The Sussexes have had National Geographic’s women, which reveals the lives of women across the world, displayed most prominently in each of the three stills.
The Black Godfather also makes an appearance, after it was turned into a 2019 Netflix movie on musician Clarence Avant’s life.
The Duke and Duchess have also seemingly redecorated their livings room.
The Sussexes had replaced a set of candle featured in the America’s Got Talent appearances for a large crystal.
It followed as royal commentators suggesting the Duchess’ “wokeness” was too much for the Royal Family.
Toby Young, a journalist, spoke to talkRADIO about how the royals noticed Meghan pushing a “woke” agenda with last year’s edition of British Vogue, which she guest edited.
He added: “The problem is his wife clearly has a particular political agenda ‒ she is the woke Duchess and sees it as her life’s work to make the Royal Family woke.
“For a member of the Royal Family to take such an inadvertently political stance is always a bad idea because they are funded by the taxpayers and therefore they have an obligation to remain above the political sphere.”
Some have criticised the Sussexes for their comments on the upcoming US election since stepping back from royal life in March.
Piers Morgan, host of Good Morning Britain, claimed Meghan was being “about as political as any royal has ever been”, taking issue with her choice of “radical liberal” models.
He said: “Her primary role now is to promote Britain, like any member of the Royal Family.
“That’s why they get the taxpayer-funded palaces, servants and gilded lifestyle.”
Harry and Meghan spoked during the TIME100 virtual chat about the impact of social media and the internet during the coronavirus pandemic.
When asked by guest Alexis Ohanian about the power of social media, Meghan replied: "The good outweighs the bad" but that the "bad can be so loud."
