Meghan Markle and Prince Harry stepped back from the Royal Family earlier this year in a shock moved dubbed Megxit. The pair are now carving out a new life for themselves with their son Archie in Meghan’s home city of Los Angeles, in the US. Prior to quitting their senior roles in The Firm, Meghan and Harry had spoken out on their struggles in royal limelight and now one of the Duchess of Sussex’s friends who also did her make up for her royal wedding in 2018 has branded the royal establishment “one way, one perspective”.
Daniel Martin in an interview with Entertainment Tonight praised Meghan as a person who “resonated on so many levels” and represents the now before describing the Royal Family as “one way”.
He said: “She resonated on so many levels, because here is someone we all know.
“We all have a friend that looks like her, who is marrying into this establishment that was very one way, one perspective."
Mr Martin’s comments come as Meghan and Harry have begun pursuing new endeavours that would have been impossible in their former roles as senior royals.

The Queen former press secretary Dickie Arbiter revealed Meghan's speech last month in the wake of George Floyd’s death "would have been pretty impossible" before the Duke and Duchess's royal exit.
Mr Arbiter told Newsweek: “Had Meghan and Harry still been in the UK and working members of the Royal Family that speech couldn't have happened.
"I'm talking about the whole speech, end of. It's highly politicised because of the very nature of what it is.
"And it's starting to voice opinions about the internal affairs of another country.”
