Princess Diana's brother shares rare glimpse into her childhood garden
PRINCESS DIANA'S brother has shared a glimpse into the home they grew up at Althorp House in Northamptonshire.

Her brother Charles, 9th Earl Spencer has taken to Twitter to offer an inside look into the childhood garden. The pictures showed bushes of lilac lavender after a rain shower. Charles captioned the post: “Perked up by the rain."
In the background is two rows of identically positioned trees.
Earlier this month, Charles shared security camera footage from the grounds.
The clip showed a female deer feeding with two young fawns.
Charles wrote: "Please watch the whole thing – one of our security cameras caught this beautiful scene.

“Wild roe deer have only been in the Park at @AlthorpHouse for two years.
“So good to see them flourishing.”
In the midst of the coronavirus lockdown, Charles has taken pictures of the sunset from the grounds.
Sir John Spencer bought the property in 1508.

Charles has owned it since 1992.
The grounds of the estate contains 28 buildings.
Following Diana’s tragic death in 1997, she was interned on a small island on the estate.
Charles’ sixth child and his fifth daughter was born in 2012.

She was named Lady Charlotte Diana Spencer.
Charles told the Mail On Sunday: "We hadn't settled on a first name before the birth, but Charlotte is a name we both loved, and it really suits her.
"We knew that as soon as we saw her.

“And though it's been 15 years since Diana died, I still miss her every day and I wanted her commemorated in the naming of our daughter."
Charles’ nephew Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge also decided to name a child after Diana.
Princess Charlotte was named Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
This is after her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II and Diana.
Charlotte is also the middle name of Pippa Matthews, the sister of Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge.
Some sources have pointed out Charlotte is also a feminine from of Charles after Willam’s father Charles, Prince of Wales.
