Kate shows off her photography skills with candid pics of Prince Louis on his birthday
KATE, the Duchess of Cambridge has showed off her skills behind the camera by capturing a series of adorable photographs of Prince Louis to mark his second birthday.

Kensington Palace has released four magical still images of the young Prince who celebrates his second birthday on Thursday April 23. In the photographs, Kate, 38, has captured Louis grinning with his hands covered in multi-coloured paint after the young Prince created a rainbow picture – a symbol of the coronavirus lockdown.
In one cute photo Louis is beaming a huge smile as his two hands which are covered in blue, red, green and yellow paint are held aloft to the camera.
In a second snap, the fifth-in-line to the throne, still with messy hands, is seen reaching out to his mother who is behind the lens.
In a third photo, Louis with his hair swept to the side, then pretends to put both of his hands over his rosy cheeks.
In a final picture, Louis who is dressed in smart blue gingham-style shirt, gazes into the camera with his hands by his side.
All of the photographs were taken by Kate at the Queen’s Anmer Hall estate in Norfolk where the family have been staying during the coronavirus lockdown.
Kate is a lover of photography and studied art history at the University of St Andrews.
The Duchess has used her passion to capture photos of her children on specials occasions including birthdays and first days at school.
The mother-of-three is also the patron of a number of organisations including the National Portrait Gallery and Royal Photographic Society.
In a royal documentary aired last year, Kate also revealed her love for baking and said she usually stays up the night before to make the children a birthday cake.

In the BBC show A Berry Royal Christmas with former Great British Bake Off judge Mary Berry, Kate said: "I love making the cake.
"It's become a bit of a tradition that I stay up 'til midnight with ridiculous amounts of cake mix and icing and I make far too much.
“But I love it."

Prince Louis celebrates his birthday two days after his great-grandmother the Queen who turned 94-years-old on Tuesday.
Louis was born on St George's Day, April 23, 2018, at the private Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London, weighing 8lb 7oz.
He was christened at 11 weeks old, by Justin Welby, the Archbishop of Canterbury, at the Chapel Royal at St James's Palace.
