MEGHAN MARKLE, the Duchess of Sussex has been told three bizarre rituals will help her go into labour with the royal baby.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry arrive at Commonwealth Service
The 37-year-old is expecting to welcome her and Prince Harry’s first baby at some time in the spring. And she has been told by a hypnobirthing teacher exactly how she can induce labour with these simple tips. According to The Sun, Katharine Graves claims drinking raspberry tea, eating six dates a day and using clary sage oil will all help in the run-up to giving birth.
The expert said: “There is a small amount of science that supports the idea that raspberry leaf tea is a uterine toner.
“This means it will be beneficial post-nasally in terms of regaining muscle tone down below.”
Ms Graves said the protein release from eating dates mimics the natural protein released by the baby.
She suggested there is evidence eating them from week 36 can help women go into labour slightly sooner and slightly more dilated.

Ms Graves added: “The essential oil is recommended because it can stimulate surges - or contractions.”

Last week Meghan completed her official duties.
But along with Prince Harry, she visited the New Zealand Embassy in London after Friday’s horrendous mosque attacks.

The couple are set to move to a newly renovated cottage on the Frogmore Estate ahead of the birth to raise their young family out of the public eye.
Meghan and Harry haven’t told the public what the sex of the baby is, or what they’ll call the sprog.
But according to Ladbrokes, Diana is taking the top spot for the most likely name.
There has also been a lot of speculation lately that Meghan could be expecting twins.
The bookies agree on this, too, as Coral make it 4-1 that Meghan will give birth to twins in just a few weeks time.
