It is thought the earrings were reset for Kate in a more dainty drop style.
Kate has worn the same peplum coat dress on numerous occasions including in 2012.
The check coat dress is Alexander McQueen and was worn by the Duchess of Cambridge on Christmas Day 2013.

She then added her black suede knee-high boots.
Kate also attended her old her school, St. Andrew's School, today.
The Duchess attended the education establishment between 1986 and 1995.
Pregnancy questions have been swirling around the Duchess as Meghan Markle’s spring baby looms.
New Idea reported a source said: “Kate has seen the bond between George and Charlotte and thinks it would be lovely if Louis had a sister closer to his age.”
What does Prince William think of the idea of baby number four?
The source added: “Kate is doing things her way but William has always supported her and will do anything to make her happy; that is a promise he made before they married.
“If she wants a fourth child he will go along with it, even though he complains about sleepless nights now!”
