This viral pink home, perfect for Barbie enthusiasts, has left property seekers stunned with its surprisingly affordable price tag.

Finding the ideal home can be a daunting task, and can often feel like a full-time job. So when you stumble upon your dream abode, it's best to seize the opportunity.

Fardella and Bell Estate Agents have had people "obsessed" with this home on Coal Clough Lane in Burnley after offering a sneak peek on TikTok - in a video that has garnered over a million views. The kitchen, adorned with pink cupboards, shelves, and appliances including a large fridge, is the most talked-about room.

The exterior of the house, including the front door, also sports a pink hue. The property boasts a spacious living room with a fireplace, an expansive entranceway with a glass staircase, and a "handmade" kitchen leading out to the back garden.

Even the radiators haven't escaped the pink treatment.

Aimee Bell, director of Fardella and Bell Estate Agents, gushed about the £150,000 property on TikTok, saying: "This is absolutely the best thing I have seen. How amazing is this. It is a handmade Michael James kitchen. This home has been renovated to an unbelievable standard.

"The attention to detail is unreal in this house," she added. Viewers were left stunned, with one commenting: "It's so girly pop. I'm obsessed." Another amazed commenter chimed in: "Literally a dream come true."

"Oh my god, crying because this was made for me," penned one enamoured viewer. Another added: "In love with the kitchen," while one simply asked: "Was this Barbie's house?"

The price tag also left many gobsmacked. "This seems way too cheap," remarked one viewer.

"That is unbelievable value," echoed another.

One hopeful buyer commented: "Oh my god that's mine if I had 150 grand. Still cannot get over how cheap these houses are."

However, it seems their dreams were dashed - the highly sought-after Coal Clough Lane property has now been snapped up.
