MORRISONS has been voted the worst shop on the UK high street according an annual survey of shoppers.

Discount superstore Morrisons has been voted the worst shop on the UK high street according to Which? users.
Customer scores given are based on satisfaction and the likelihood of recommending each shop, and Which? revealed those that you should avoid visiting.
Which? asked more than 10,000 consumers about their shopping experience at 100 major retailers.
Unfortunately the discount stores faired worst with the likes of Poundland and Poundstretcher both making the list.
John Lewis was ranked third best along with Waterstones and Harvey Nichols

Morrisons - 55 per cent
WH Smith - 56 per cent
Poundland - 59 per cent
Poundstretcher - 60 per cent
Peacocks - 61 per cent
Vodafone - 61 per cent
EE - 61 per cent
Clinton Cards - 62 per cent
JD Sports - 62 per cent
Robert Dyas - 62 per cent
Sainsbury’s - 62 per cent
Tesco - 62 per cent
Topshop/Topman - 62 per cent

The Which? survey also ranked the best shopping on the high street.
DIY store Toolstation is joint-top for the second year running (having shared first place with John Lewis in 2016), while Richer Sounds is in the number one spot after coming joint-third last year.
The electrical chain last topped the Which? survey in 2011.
Harvey Nichols has jumped from 21st place last year to third place this time around, with customers citing a love of its products as well as the stores themselves.
Waterstones returns to the top five for the first time since 2014. The book retailer is welcomed back into the top bracket of the Which? shopping survey on the back of recent news that book sales reached a record £3.5 billion last year.

1. Richer Sounds = Toolstation - 80 per cent
2. Harvey Nichols = John Lewis = Waterstones - 79 per cent
3. Apple = Bodycare - 78 per cent
4. The Perfume Shop - 77 per cent
5. Card Factory = Cotswold Outdoor = Go Outdoors = Screwfix - 76 per cent
Richard Headland, editor of Which? magazine, said:
