He added cumin seeds, and chopped onions, and then he added the boiled macaroni into the oil, seeds and onion mix.

“I’m adding my love, garlic”, he joked, before chucking in “green, yellow and red pepper”, and then he shared that you can “add vegetables according to your taste”, suggesting mushrooms or peas or carrots if you’re a fan.

Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder.

“I’m adding little chopped chillis, also this time I’m adding fresh tomato paste, some fresh basil”. He then said that the “masala is almost cooked”.

“Time to transfer the macaroni into this”, he said.

He stirred it, and then said it was “time to add the cheese”, and then he covered the saucepan with a lid until the cheese was “completely melted”.

He then plated the divine-looking meal up, and urged people to “garnish with chopped parsley” and then he said it was “ready to eat”.

In the comments, someone penned: “I can't stand the thought of Mac and cheese (traditional method), but I love the thought of this.”

Another joked: “Can I be one of your kids?”

A home chef wrote: “Mac and cheese is the thing I make best but I think I need to try it like this!”
