Graham Norton is celebrating a vintage year with his wine becoming a top-seller.
The chat show host's GN Sauvignon Blanc has become the fastest-growing ‘major’ wine brand in the New Zealand category this summer.
The wine, made in partnership with leading Kiwi winery Invivo, is going down a treat with fans in the UK and Ireland sipping nine glasses per minute, according to Nielsen, which is one glass enjoyed every 6.39 seconds.
The chat show host, 61, doesn’t just stick his name on it either. Norton has a hands-on role, tasting and blending each vintage.
The nine-time Bafta award winner recently met with his partners-in-wine, Tim Lighthouse and Rob Cameron, co-founders of the Kiwi winery, for their annual tasting and blending session, where he sampled the 2024 New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. They said: “His hands-on involvement ensures authenticity in every bottle.”

In a behind-the-scenes video, Graham gives his critique, describing one as “lightning in a bottle” and another as "tasting a bit fat.”
“Tim and Rob brought some outstanding Sauvignon Blanc samples from their vineyards in New Zealand to taste. I’m particular about my wines, so their quality and origin are very important to me,” Norton said.
The ‘GN’ New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is joined by a GN Blush Sauvignon and GN He-Devil Malbec in the star’s wine range and is available at major retailers.
