Sometimes, dinner isn't satiating enough or you just had a long, hard day and you need a little sweet treat to lift your spirits.
Luckily, you can easily throw together delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies that are warm and gooey in an air fryer in no time.

Chocolate chip cookie air fryer recipe
Ingredients
- 295 milliliters all-purpose flour
- 1.25 milliliters baking soda
- 1.25 milliliters fine salt
- 60 grams granulated sugar
- 55 grams packed light brown sugar
- 57 grams unsalted butter
- 1 large egg (approximately 50-60 grams)
- 5 milliliters pure vanilla extract
- 90 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Set air fryer to 325 F.
- Cover bottom of insert with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking soda and salt together in medium bowl.
- Beat together both sugars and butter in separate bowl with an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed, until light and fluffy, for about 3 minutes.
- Add egg and vanilla to mixture. Reduce speed to low before adding flour. Beat until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips manually with wooden spoon.
- Scoop out heaping tablespoons of dough and roll into balls.
- Arrange six at a time, an inch apart, on parchment-lined insert.
- Air fry until golden brown, for about 6-8 minutes.
- Let cool for few minutes before transferring with spatula to wire rack to finish cooling.
- Repeat until all dough is cooked.
