Food really is too good to waste - this is why Too Good To Go has become so popular.

The service connects customers to restaurants and stores to make sure there are never any leftovers, and one of its offerings left one woman mindblown. Content creator, Shivani Khosla, recently took to TikTok to reveal she bagged a Too Good To Go bag from Toby Carvery, and she got a lot for her money.

She paid £3.49 for the whole roast dinner, and she was impressed with what she was handed. Shivani opted for a meat option, but she noted you can also bag a vegetarian meal too.

In the clip, she said: "They gave gravy, and everything was warm. They gave me gammon. I thought they might give a bit of turkey, beef and gammon, but I think it's just one meat.

"They gave that, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, peas and then literally hot gravy. Everyhing was warm - I could eat it straight away."

She was super impressed with the portion, as she managed to share it with her sister and her dad too. Shivani admitted it was "insane" that she managed to bag so much food for £3.50.

Also, she really enjoyed the gammon, even though she worried it would be a little "salty". According to Shivani, the potatoes also tasted "fresh".

The experience was so good she said she doesn't understand why more people don't use the app. She got her hands on some really good food for a bargain price, and it was super tasty.

In her quest to find the best offerings from Too Good To Go, she seems to have hit the jackpot with her Sunday roast. She enjoyed every part of the meal.

One said: "Brilliant for that price." Another wrote: "That's a great dinner." A third replied: "I defo would have demolished the whole thing in two minutes flat."

Some were keen to offer their advice on where to bag the best leftover meals too. It seems some eateries are particularly popular when it comes to snapping up surplus food.

One offered a suggestion of where else to visit, adding: "Try Greggs Too Good To Go." Another chimed in with: "Millie's Cookies ones are incredible."
