The British actor is best known for playing Luke Skywalker’s mentor in the original Star Wars trilogy.
Now in a unearthed Parkinson interview from 1977, Guinness reveals the very odd sort of letter he would receive from Star Wars fans.
It seems that some people took his part as Obi-Wan Kenobi a little too seriously.
The actor said: “I’m getting some pretty strange letters.”

It turns out that some Star Wars fans had been asking him to help fix their marriages.
One example he gave was: “My wife and I've got problems, would you mind coming over and living with us for a few months?”
While the actor passed away in 2000, there is a possibility that Guinness could return thanks to CGI-rendering as a Force ghost in Episode VIII: The Force Awakens.
After all, his voice appeared saying Rey’s name during the flashback scene in The Force Awakens.

Meanwhile it’s rumoured that Ewan McGregor will reprise the role of the younger Obi-Wan in a Star Wars spin-off.
