Well meaning but unexciting: Dolphin Tale 2 review and trailer
THIS well meaning but rather dull sequel, following the adventures of Winter the dolphin, fails to make a real splash
Dolphin Tale 2
(U, 107mins)
Director: Charles Martin Smith
Stars: Nathan Gamble, Harry Connick Jnr
Dolphin Tale 2 continues the inspired-by-real-life adventures of Winter, a young dolphin with a prosthetic tail whose injury and rehabilitation was featured in the first film in 2011.
Now she and her home, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium in Florida, face an uncertain future after the death of her elderly dolphin pal Panama.
It’s well meaning but unexciting.
