The Coronation Street actress is currently at the heart of a controversial storyline which sees her character Kate Connor involved in an affair with Rana Nazir (portrayed by Bhavna Limbachia).
And, it appears that the focus on her character has left the Weatherfield actress unable to focus on her personal life.
Faye first met her partner Gareth Gates while the pair starred together in Legally Blonde: The Musical five years ago.
But, in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, the 30-year-old revealed that her career success meant that the couple had no immediate plans to settle down.

It came shortly after Faye had opened up about how her romance with the former Pop Idol runner-up had changed her life.
