The 33-year-old - who already has a three-year-old daughter with husband Richard Sutton - stripped down to a black bikini to showcase her “new body,” with her looking as stunning as ever while showing off her blossoming belly.
Katie could be seen pushing a stroller while smiling sweetly for the camera, with her wearing her blonde tresses loose and wavy and captioning the shot: “New body new buggy!!!”

Katie’s latest post comes after she revealed her exciting pregnancy news via Instagram, with her sharing an adorable Father’s Day post dedicated to her spouse.
Alongside an image of her cradling her blossoming bump, she wrote: “I’m so excited to tell you all next Father's Day my husband will be celebrating with two children!!”

Katie admitted she is “so thankful” to be welcoming a new addition to her growing family after trying to conceive for around a year and a half.
The philanthropist - who has been sharing an array of bikini-clad pictures during her recent getaway - said: "Becoming a mum has enriched my life in ways I never imagined and I feel so thankful to be experiencing that again.”
Katie has been married to Richard since 2015 and, after welcoming their first child a year before, the author admitted she had been constantly bombarded with people asking when they would be expecting again.
