The model was staying with friends as her husband Peter Crouch was working as a pundit for Euro 2016 when the "terrifying" incident took place.
Now the blonde beauty, who was reportedly left "traumatised" by the break-in, has broken her silence.
The 30-year-old recalled: "I had these two massive guys in my room, they were right there in front of me. But I screamed so much I scared them away.
"It was absolutely terrifying, it was one of the worst things to happen."

Abbey told Mirror Online: "It was so awful. Things like this happen to people all the time.
"But when it actually happened to you, you can't believe it."
Speaking at the Warner Music party, she added: "I'm just happy to be here tonight and everything is fine. I'm just getting on with life."

Just days after the break-in Abbey put on a brave face to attend the premiere of Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie.
A source told The Sun the stunner was "trying her best to put what happened behind her" but it hadn't been easy and she "has struggled".
They continued: "Discovering those men in a place that should have been secure is naturally going to make you feel a bit unsure and vulnerable. It was a really nasty shock for her."
