Rita Ora threatens to 'kill' thief in chilling 999 burglary call played in court
RITA ORA threatened to "kill" a thief during a £200k raid on her six-bedroom £1.3 million London home, a court has heard.
Rita Ora's home was burgled last November
The 25-year-old was targeted by burglars less than a week before her former X Factor co-star Simon Cowell's mansion was also hit while he slept.
A chilling phone call was played back during a court hearing today, with it being revealed that Rita and her sister, Elena, were both asleep upstairs when two men broke into the house.
During the 999 call, Rita told the operator: "Oh my God I don't have a knife, I know they're going to come upstairs."
According to BBC News, Harrow Crown Court heard that Elena woke up at 5.50am to find a man rifling through her bedroom, before she ran up the stairs and had her sister call the police.

Rita - who gave evidence from behind a curtain - revealed she was woken by a scream during the incident, which took place on November 28 last year.
The hitmaker revealed: "She just ran up the stairs then she jumped on my bed and started screaming."
Rita could then be heard "swearing and making threats" after locking herself in the room with her sister.
She told the operator: "What do you want me to do now? I will kill him."
Rita said she'd 'f**k the intruder up' during the call
She continued: "Don't you f***ing come up these stairs. I will f*** you up - you f***ing hear me?
"What do I do - what do I do - oh my God? F***ing hell I'm scared to go downstairs."
After the call was played, Rita is said to have broken down in court and told the judge: "That phone call freaked me out a bit - give me a moment."
The trial continues.
