The Give Up Clothes for Good fundraiser has rounded up several celebrities for a stylish shoot, which is guaranteed to have the 32-year-old's fans hot under the collar.
Photographer Jason Bell - who has worked closely with the charity brand for some time - has gone for an earthy, natural setting, positioning Poldark's leading man (and his hairy chest) in the foreground.
In the photo, a very beardy Aidan quizzically raises an eyebrow looking down the lens while grabbing the edges of his collar; his unkept appearance oozing rugged sex appeal.
Dressed in a loose open shirt - revealing his impressive rug beneath - the handsome star channels his alter ego, war hero Ross Poldark.

Daisy Lowe, Jack Fox, Chloe Lloyd, Josh Cuthbert, Matt Richardson, Zoe Hardman, Simon Callow, Julia Bradbury, Jamie Campbell Bower and Heida Reed are just a few of the celebrities supporting the campaign this year.
Claire Rowney, director of Cancer Research UK Kids & Teens said: “Thanks to campaigns like Give Up Clothes for Good, we’re able to carry out more research to help find better and kinder treatments for young people with cancer.
"Back in the 1960s, only around a quarter of children with cancer survived. Today, three quarters are cured and our work has been at the heart of this. We’d love to see as many people as possible getting involved with this campaign, which will help us raise money to beat children’s cancers sooner.”
