One eager Twitter user plucked up the courage to ask the 55-year-old out on a date to mark the special occasion.
However, much to his disappointment, Carol revealed that she has plans for the day, which involve a lot of alcohol and hanging out with a certain someone.
The fan posted: "Hello @carolvorders. I hope you're well. What are your plans for Valentine's Day? I was thinking we could go for a nice dinner? Patrick"
Carol then replied: "How kind...on 14th I fully intend to be nursing a hangover and having a fab day in certain er company...ha x"

She later poked fun at her love of champagne once again, sharing a snap that had the words "Oops! Did I buy champagne instead of milk again?' written across it.
Despite keeping details of her relationship on the down low, Carol confirmed back in September that she was no longer a single lady and had got back together with her pilot ex boyfriend Graham 'Duffy' Duff.
The pair were together for two years, before splitting in October 2014.

Carol confirmed she was back together with Graham 'Duffy' Duff
The blonde bombshell previously said: “I’m dating again, and he is not necessarily a new man...
“Yes, it’s Duffy. It’s quite a recent thing but we’re very happy. There’s nothing not to love about Duffy," she added to the Daily Mirror.
The duo bonded over their love of flying, after they met through Carol's fundraising work for the RAF.
Despite meeting a number of years ago, they didn't officially get together until 2012.
Duffy previously flew fighter jets in Iraq before going on to join the Red Arrows in 2008. He has since quit to launch a mobile phone app.
