This is One Direction's chance to grow up
ONE DIRECTION star Liam Payne has revealed that the famous band are still wet behind the ears and hope to “grow up” on their two-year hiatus.
Finally time to grow up for the One Direction crew
The hit-makers, who have been together for the past five years, disappointed their army of fans when they recently announced they’d be taking a break from next March.

However Liam insists that despite their huge on-going success the temporary rest is a necessary step to gain some much-needed perspective.
“I actually think we’ll be more grown up in the break when we get back to life a little bit,” said the 22-year-old.
Liam admitted that fellow band members Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson have recently faced numerous reports of internal strife buts says of the break: “It’s just about catching up with friends and family and having a bit of a realisation for how amazing the time in the band has been so far.”
Heart-throb Harry, 21, concurred, adding: “We’re very lucky to travel a lot. But there are a lot of places that you’re kind of going around that you’d like to come back to and experience on your own.”
While Liam and Harry want a clean break, Louis, who was the most devastated by the sudden departure of band-mate Zayn Malik eight months ago, is determined to keep the group in each other’s pockets.

“We talk about having a lads’ holiday, which could be massive,” he says.

“Even when we have like two weeks off, by the time we have a couple days off and get back to work, we’re all raring to see each other again.”
Clearly this is one band that’s not singing the same tune.
