The Loose Women star - who was diagnosed with the disease in April last year - has had a mastectomy, six doses of chemotherapy and 15 rounds of radiotherapy.
She's now posed for her first photo shoot since having the treatment and has said that she's definitely ready to just live her life.
Carol told Closer magazine: "It’s great to go out and enjoy a meal and a bottle of wine with friends, without falling asleep at 9pm.
"I don’t go out as much as I used to but I still love a party. I'm not ready to start knitting yet."

Carol looked happier than ever in the photo shoot
She looked happier than ever while posing for the accompanying photo shoot and said that it's her positive attitude that managed to get her through the tougher times.
"I never thought about it in those terms. It can become a fight if you think you might lose it but, for me, it was always just about getting better," the 55-year-old explained.
The brunette - who had her left breast removed last summer - added of the procedure: "I tried not to think about it – if you think about something too much, it becomes terrifying.
"The chemo was an insurance policy. The first round was a piece of cake but the effects are cumulative so, by the time you get to the sixth one, you feel shocking. It knocked me for six."

Presenter's fiance Mark has supported her throughout the ordeal
Understandably, Carol revealed the time had been one of the toughest in her six-year relationship with fiancé Mark Cassidy.
The couple ended up retreating to a friend's house outside London and speaking to just a few friends about what they were going through.
Carol explained: "I didn't want to talk about it all the time. The more people you tell, the more texts and calls you have to answer."
