The former Loose Women panellist was all smiles as she stepped out for the In The Style's summer party at The Drury Club, alongside her fiancé of six years, Mark Cassidy.
The 55-year-old presenter posed confidently for photographers, with the event marking the first time that she's been snapped out in public since she spoke openly about her breast cancer battle earlier this year.
Carol nailed the casual chic look for the event, with her teaming a pair of black leggings with a black top and grey coat.
She added some extra height with a pair of patterned kitten heels, clutching on to a black bag.

The much-loved star's appearance comes after she revealed that she was diagnosed with breast cancer last April and has undergone a mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy to treat the disease.
Carol insists that her illness has made her and Mark much stronger as a couple.
Speaking to Bella magazine, she said: "People say if you get through a death, you know it's going to be all right.
"This is as testing. I knew he'd be fine. I never thought he'd leave me."

She added: "I've got quite good self-esteem. It's been stripped away a little bit but I never doubted him at all."
After completing her final course of radiotherapy in December, Carol admitted she feels more self-conscious without her long blonde hair.
However she credits Mark for making her feel at ease with her new image.
Carol continued: "I thought it was really great that he shaved my hair for me without batting an eyelid. I've shown people pictures of me with no hair and they've just burst into tears."
