Noor Alfallah, the former partner of Hollywood icon Al Pacino, has opened up about her regrets concerning her pregnancy.

The 30-year-old film producer, who shares a child with 84-year-old Pacino, expressed to Vogue her wish that she could have savoured her pregnancy period more.

She was diagnosed with HELLP Syndrome just before giving birth to Roman in June 2023, which led to heightened medical concerns and prevented her from being alone with her newborn in the initial days. Noor reflected, "When I look back on it now, I wish I could have enjoyed my pregnancy more."

She also spoke about the profound impact motherhood has had on her, saying, "Becoming a mom – to be honest – it's greater than I ever could imagine."

Noor is full of gratitude for her son, stating, "Roman has just been the greatest gift from God, a thousand times better than what I ever thought he would be. Every day I look at him, I just know I'm so blessed."

Speculation about her current relationship status with Al Pacino has been rife after recent photographs surfaced of the pair together, despite reports earlier in the month suggesting they had parted ways, reports the Mirror.

There had been speculation in recent weeks that Noor was getting close to 68-year-old Bill Maher.

However, a representative for Al Pacino said: "Al and Noor are very good friends, have been for years, and are co-parents to their son Roman."

Al Pacino has spoken about his views on commitment, telling People: "Everything's a ticket to the pain train. A ticket or nothing: 'Are you going to go or not? ' 'No, I'll stay here. I'll stay here at the station, I'm not getting on."

He also shared his thoughts on marriage, saying it "can suit you, by all means. I just didn't feel it ever suited me for some reason".

Al Pacino explained that he values connection in a relationship, saying: "I loved living together, and then... It depends on who you are getting along with. If you live together with someone, there's got to be...You have to have this communion. If you don't, it's almost an invasion. So I like to know that if I find a human that I can connect with."
