Singer and actor Justin Timberlake appeared in court in the Hamptons early Friday to plead guilty in his DWI case.

The Cry Me A River singer was spotted arriving at the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court sporting a black top, a cardigan paired with matching bottoms, and even a pearl necklace, which has confused some fans.

Timberlake, 43, appeared before Justice Carl Irace to accept a dropped-down charge after he signed an agreement that does not involve a drunk driving or criminal offense, instead a traffic violation.

Such “impaired” driving is not a drunk driving offense and Timberlake will likely have to pay a fine of $300 to $500 fine will have a 90-day license suspension for the offense.

Speaking to the press after the sentencing, Timberlake's lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., said that when he first addressed the press, he said that the singer was not guilty and after reviewing the evidence, the judge decided to not move forward with the charge.

He added that contrary to reports, Timberlake had one drink in two hours and wasn’t rude didn’t drink others drinks and wasn't advised not to drive.

Addressing the crowd, Timberlake said: "Many of you have probably been covering me for a lot of my life and as you may know I try to hold myself to a very high standard for myself and this was not that.

"I found myself in a posiiton where I could have made a different decision but I've had some time to reflect that. I have a platform, you have a platform, we have a platform. Even if you've had one drink don't get behind the wheel of a car - call a friend - call an uber there are many travel apps.

"This is mistake I made I hope everyone listening to this will learn from my mistake. But like I said, even if it's one drink don't get behind the wheel.

"I grew up in a small town an I can can appreciate the strange or unique nature of this for Sag Harbor. Thank you to everyone in the court room. I guess in closing we can all be more safe out there. I'm going to do my part, I hope everyone does their part, thank you very much."

Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney told Page Six on Thursday that the pop star is not getting special treatment, insisting that similar plea deals “happens in a number of cases.”

prosecution for not being prepared during a court hearing last month.

During the hearing, it was revealed that there was a subpoena out to the American Hotel — where Timberlake was hanging out with friends before his arrest.

It is "complying" with the case, but Irace expected the prosecution to be further along in the discovery process.

Timberlake did not appear in court, as he was currently overseas for his Forget Tomorrow World Tour.

During an August 2 hearing, the singer appeared in court virtually from Antwerp, Belgium, to plead not guilty to a revised misdemeanor charge of driving drunk.

Timberlake looked somber on the video call and later had his driving privileges in New York revoked by the judge.

Burke claimed that the singer was not actually intoxicated during his arrest, and that law enforcement made a mistake by detaining him.

The singer reportedly told the officer he had one martini and was following some friends home, but he arrested and later charged with a driving-while-intoxicated misdemeanor.

Burke also reportedly said during the case that prosecutors allegedly failed to "get a superior officer’s signature on the initial charging papers — and therefore the case should be dropped."

He added: "The police made a number of very significant errors in this case.

"In court today, you heard the district attorney try to fix one of those errors. But that’s just one and there are many others. Sometimes the police make mistakes and this is just one of those instances."

Timberlake was arrested on June 18 at about midnight after a Sag Harbor Village Police Department officer stopped him in the Hamptons after he allegedly ran a stop sign and veered out of his lane while driving a 2025 BMW X7.

His allegedly intoxicated condition was detailed in court papers, which read: "His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests."

At 12:37 a.m., cops placed Timberlake under arrest and he was taken to police headquarters where he was processed and booked.

Cops say "the alcohol influence report was read in its entirety to [him] at [12:52 a.m.], to which [Timberlake] responded, 'No, I'm not doing a chemical test.'"
