Helen Skelton wows in plunging black swimsuit during break from BBC

Helen Skelton reflected on her time away from BBC Morning Live as she shared a glimpse of her summer holidays.

The presenter took to Instagram to show off her day out wearing a fitted black swimsuit during a seaside trip away with her family.

The TV star was all smiles as she was photographed strolling barefoot across the beach wearing sunglasses while holding a red spade.

Helen looked stylish as she accessorised with a chunky gold necklace and swept her hair into a ponytail.

This story post came alongside several clips of her three children walking with fishing nets, trying our paddleboarding and their picnic set-up which survived the summer showers.

Helen shares sons Ernie, nine, Louis, seven, and daughter Elsie, two - with her ex-husband, retired rugby league player Richie Myler.

This was just one of the stops from the family’s summer trip, as they also visited the Rackery Retreat “glamping” site, Chester Zoo, and the National Football Museum.

They also visited Menorca in August alongside her parents Janet and Richard who also made an appearance on her Instagram page.

Helen and her co-host Gethin Jones have been away from screens since July, as the 46-year-old first announced their break during their “last show”.

Gethin told viewers: “That's it for today, it's our last show tomorrow before a bit of a summer break, we'll see you at 9:30 am, thanks all.”

While Helen travelled with her family, Gethin shared that he had a catch-up with another Morning Live regular, Kym Marsh.

Meanwhile, newlywed Michelle Ackerly shared snaps of herself unwinding by a pool.

Thankfully for fans, their four-week holiday has come to an end as they returned to BBC on Monday.
