Katie Price launched into a furious rant outside the High Court as her latest bankruptcy hearing was adjourned.

Katie Price arrives for court hearing over her finances

Katie Price launched into a vile tirade at journalists as her bankruptcy hearing was adjourned, branding them "scumbags".

On Tuesday morning, August, 27, the former glamour model was seen arriving at the Rolls Building in a black cab, wearing a black suit and sunglasses.

As she entered the courtroom of the Rolls Building, she spoke to the public gallery, she smiled and asked: "You alright there guys?" But her mood was starkly different by the end of the court session as she addressed journalists present in the courtroom who awaited her outside.

As she left the building, she said: "I hope the reporters write a good story today, won't you? All the bull**** you write. Scumbags".

During the hearing, her lawyer requested that the hearing be delayed and private. He claimed that the mother-of-five would be able to give "more considered answers" in a private interview, which would lead to a satisfactory resolution of the case for the trustees.

He said Katie "understands her duties" and had "been compliant" with court proceedings so far. The judge said: "My concern is we've been here before."

But despite the hesitance, he granted the request and adjourned the hearing until next month along with agreeing that the interview could be held behind closed doors.

Chief Insolvency Judge Nicholas Briggs also warned that Katie must attend and hand over requested documents a week before the meeting or she'll face arrest.

The former glamour model was issued with a warrant for her arrest was issued by Judge Catherine Burton at the end of July when she failed to attend court hearings related to her bankruptcy case.

As she returned to the UK from Turkey she was arrested at Heathrow and remanded in custody. She had to face the court the next morning.

She appeared in court several days later where she warned by the judge that she must be at all future hearings "no ifs, no buts, no holidays".

At that time Katie told the judge that she was struggling to afford legal representation as she was being quoted £50,000 up front. The judge swiftly told her she could obtain one for £500, adding it "did not take Einstein" to sort the discreet application.

Her appearance today comes after she missed another court date on August 19. At that hearing it emerged that she made almost £95,000 on TikTok between March and May this year.

An order was then reportedly made by Judge Burton, where she would be required to pay trustees 40 per cent of those earnings.

Judge Burton went on to say it was "appropriate" to order the "suspension of further payments" to Price from the social media platform until a solution could be found. The judge also remarked that she was "concerned" after the former glamour model had missed the hearing.

Judge Burton previously said Price had failed to make the payments ordered by the court. She was ordered to pay a one-off payment of £25,000 followed by monthly instalments of £12,500.

The judge said: “They have not received any funds or explanation. She agreed to pay it and did not. She remains immediately obliged to pay £25,000."

The model is believed to owe £761,994.05 to HM Revenue and Customs, a court was told in March.
