Tony Blackburn reveals daughter got married as he shares insight into 'terrific' day
Tony Blackburn married his wife Debbie in 1992 and they welcomed their daughter Victoria in 1997.
Tony Blackburn has revealed his daughter Victoria has got married recently as he shared an insight into the special day. The 81-year-old took to both X, formerly known as Twitter, and Instagram on Sunday afternoon to share the happy news with his beloved followers.
The radio icon shared a sweet picture of the happy couple as they beamed from to ear at their wedding reception. He captioned it: "We had a terrific day, my daughter @toriblackburn getting married to Chris Howard it was a perfect day and a lot of fun." (sic)
Tony's followers rushed to the comments section to congratulate him as well as the happy couple on getting married. One person wished: "Great you had a lovely day, good luck to @toriblackburn and Chris as they start their married life together."
Another loyal fan expressed: "They look adorable! So beautiful. Warmest Congratulations, plus Tony... Happy Father's Day to you today!" Somebody else penned: "Congratulations all. Goodness, no mistaking who she belongs to, she's so like you Tony."
While a fourth added: "Many congratulations to your daughter and husband on their wedding. You all must be so proud Tony." The I'm A Celebrity winner married theatrical agent Debbie in 1992 and went on to welcome daughter Victoria five years later in 1997.

Tony is also the dad to Simon, who was born in his previous marriage to actress Tessa Wyatt, who married in 1972.
The television personality previously opened up about the quiet place he visits with Debbie to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The BBC Radio 2 DJ told Express.co.uk in March that he now likes to spend his downtime in their peaceful holiday home in Devon.
He spoke about cutting back on the number of shows he’s been doing lately in order to take more time out to relax.

Tony explained: "I wanted to cut it down a little bit because all the travelling was quite, you know, we're going from one place to another and things like that… Whereas now, I want a little bit more time to relax."
Tony then went on to reveal that one of his favourite places to go is his holiday home on the coast. He said: "Some of the time, I live down in Devon.
"We've got a little flat there and I like to get down there and be by the sea. I'm in a little village there and it's just fabulous.
"I love having a little bit more time off with my wife and we go to Devon and walk along the seafront."
