Billy Ray Cyrus, 62, files for divorce from wife Firerose, 32, seven months after wedding

Billy Ray Cyrus has filed for divorce from his wife Firerose after just seven months of marriage.

The county star, 62, tied the knot with his Australian wife, 34, whose legal name is Johanna Rose Hodges, back in October 2023 - weeks after his second wife re-married.

But now, TMZ has revealed that Billy has filed for divorce in late May.

She was his third wife - he was married to Cindy Smith from 1986 until 1991 and to Miley Cyrus' mother Tish from 1993-2022.

The outlet has reported that the singer listed both irreconcilable differences and "inappropriate marital conduct" as the reasons behind their split.

The Hannah Montana star allegedly wanted Firerose, who is 28 years his junior, out of their home by May 24.

He is reportedly willing to pay as much as $500 a night for 10 days for her lodging costs.

And once the 10-day period has passed, he is willing to pay $5,000 a month for her to acquire a suitable new home in Tennessee.

Billy is prepared to make the payments over the course of a 90-day period or once their divorce is officially finalized.

Additionally, Billy has requested an annulment after claiming his marriage was entered into fraudulently.

In court documents obtained by E!, Billy alleged he is seeking an annulment as "he gave consent to marriage based on Fraud by the Wife, that had he known he would not have entered into the bonds of matrimony."

The divorce case notes also state there are no minor children between them.

The former couple's wedding took place over a year after they initially announced their engagement, and almost two years after Billy's divorce from Tish.
